Meet Amy

The holiday season is a good reminder to focus on what is important.  For us, it is changing the lives of those who have been touched by epilepsy.  Our mission is to lead the fight to stop seizures, find a cure and overcome challenges created by epilepsy.
In short, we are here to change people's lives.

Amy is a remarkable person.  Epilepsy has touched her life in more than one way.  We hope that you read Amy's Story, and enjoy the pictures of her beautiful family.  She has so graciously let us look into her world in hopes that you will join her and the Foundation in our quest to be there for everyone who needs us.

Remember, we are here for you.

Amy's Story

I am one person who can truly say that I have vast experience with epilepsy.  Not only do I live with it, I am now a parent of a child with epilepsy. But, the road leading to this point has not been an easy one for me. READ MY FULL STORY

Amy

From the President

Amy is a shining example of someone who has confronted her challenges with epilepsy. But we know that for some, the challenges are great and the obstacles are many. That’s why we are here. And, that’s why now more than ever, we need your support. It’s with your help and your commitment that we are able to be there for families like Amy’s and for YOUR family. We recognize that for every person in Michigan that either lives with epilepsy or cares for someone who lives with epilepsy, their needs are very different and we want to be here to meet those needs. Please make your meaningful holiday gift today.  You can also make your gift online on our website or by calling us at (800) 377-6226, ext. 1217.

This holiday season, join the fight to stop seizures!

Sincerely,
Arlene
